Our team is led by Dr. Janet Quintanilla, DOM, Dipl.OM, the founder of Sonoma Acupuncture Integrative Health
After experiencing her own health challenges following a childhood injury and watching loved ones struggle with ongoing health conditions, Dr. Janet became deeply passionate about helping people find a different path forward, one focused not only on symptom relief, but on restoring hope, quality of life, and connection to the things that matter most.

What I like about my job most is being up front and getting to welcome patients the moment they walk through the door. I enjoy being the first person they meet and helping create a warm, comfortable environment from the very beginning. It’s important to me that every patient feels cared for, heard, and supported right away. I love being able to set the tone for the kind of compassionate care and experience they will receive here, while building connections with people every single day.
What I like most about my job is getting to connect with our patients every day. I love hearing about their families, their stories, and all the adventures they share with us. Building those relationships makes every day meaningful, and I feel like I learn something new from our patients all the time. Seeing familiar faces walk through the door and being part of their journey is what makes this job so rewarding to me.
I love my job because of the relationships I get to build with our patients every day. Getting to know each person, hearing their story, and being part of their healing journey is incredibly rewarding. One of the best parts of what I do is watching our patients progressively improve over time and seeing them regain pieces of their life again. Being able to support, encourage, and celebrate those victories with them is what makes this work so meaningful to me.
What I like about my job most is the people I get to meet and care for each day. I enjoy creating genuine connections with patients and making them feel welcomed and supported when they walk through the door. Every conversation, smile, and update on their progress makes my work fulfilling. It’s incredibly rewarding to watch patients improve over time and know I’ve been a small part of their healing journey.
